ThunderCats is an American animated television series that was produced by Rankin/Bass Productions (the same that created the SilverHawks, TigerSharks and The Comic Strip) debuting in 1985, based on the characters created by Tobin "Ted" Wolf. The series follows the adventures of a group of cat-like humanoid aliens. The animation was provided by Pacific Animation Corporation.

Siri kartun yang menggamit nostalgia Alkisah pada zaman kanak kanak dahulu. Mostly sesiapa yang lahir pada tahun 80-an, pasti akan tahu akan cerita kartun ini setiap 5.30 petang di tv1 selepas waktu mengaji.

Siri ThunderCats 2011 akan di tayangkan di saluran Cartoon Network. Warner Bros telah mengeluarkan hasil seni rasmi dan sinopsis untuk jalan cerita ini

Siri terbaru ini dianimasikan oleh STUDIO4°C dari Jepun. Sebagaimana yang kita tahu, siri asal ThunderCats juga dihasilkan di Amerika Syarikat dan dianimasikan di Jepun, tetapi bagi siri terbaru ini, mereka sengaja melebihkan ciri ciri kartun ThunderCats ini ke arah Anime.

Warner Bros mengeluarkan sinopsis lanjutan untuk siri ThunderCats ini:

"The new “ThunderCats” will appeal to viewers who have loved the characters all their lives as well as young newcomers to the franchise. A sweeping tale combining swords and science and boasting ferocious battles with the highest of stakes, the grand origin story of Prince Lion-O’s ascension to the throne – and of those who would thwart his destiny at any cost – takes on epic dimensions in this sharp new telling. As the forces of good and evil battle each other in the quest for the fabled Stones of Power, Lion-O and his champions learn valuable lessons of loyalty, honor and mortality in every episode."

Nampak gayanya, Alkisah kena tambah channel astro la. Haihss

Yang penting, Alkisah nak beli pendang ThunderCats. Yolaa, masih kecik dulu tak mampu nak beli.
